FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where are you located?: Our studio is located at 2nd floor, 329 Cumberland Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Open by appointment only.
Do you accept reservations?: Yes! We reserve time for your session when you book. As this time is just for you, a retainer is required to reserve the time.
What payment options do you accept?: Cash, credit card, PayPal, and e-transfer
How long is the typical session?: It depends on how many people we are photographing and the type of session you need. When we book you in, we will give you a better idea.
What should I wear?: We will talk about colours, styles, etc when we plan your session, but here are some basic guidelines.

Business portraits and/or headshots: a good rule of thumb is to wear what you normally wear at your workplace. If you wear a suit or similar garment, that is a good place to start. If you wear a uniform, bring it!

Family portraits: here it is important that the focus of the photo is on everyone's faces. To accomplish that, two or three complimentary colours in everyone's outfits gives a cohesive look.

Individual portraits: here it depends on if this is a casual portrait or more formal. In any case, it is a good idea to consider wearing a solid coloured shirt or dress with no graphics or images on it. As mentioned in the above scenario, the attention of the viewer should be on your face, not a brighter arm or a graphic on your shirt (unless, of course, it is a part of the story we will be telling).
